About the Position:
The Scalia Law School is seeking part-time Exam Proctors to assist with exam administration. This is a part-time position (up to 29 hours/week) with the ability to work the following shifts from December 1, 2025 to December 17, 2025 and/or April 27, 2026 to May 13, 2026.
Monday-Friday: 10:30am to 4:30pm
or
4:30pm to 10:30pm
Saturday: 10:30am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
Administer tests and exams to Scalia Law students.
Follow established procedures to maintain test security and confidentiality.
Provide instructions to test-takers and answer questions related to the testing process.
Monitor the test-taking process to ensure compliance with testing policies and procedures.
Report any suspicious behavior or violations of testing policies.
Collect and return test materials to the appropriate personnel.
Communicate any issues or concerns with the testing process to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate records related to testing and test-takers.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a diverse environment
Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear instructions to test-takers
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure test security and confidentiality
Professional customer service and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.
