Nurse Manager, South End Primary Care Department Time Type:
Full time; Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 with flexibility as needed. Location
South End Washington Primary Care, 1601 Washington Street, Boston, MA Responsibilities
Administrative and clinical development of South End primary care services. Daily department management, interdepartmental collaboration, supervising clinical workflows, overseeing and developing staff, and procuring/managing supplies. Education
BSN preferred or in progress Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years licensed nursing practice experience in an ambulatory care practice setting. Minimum of 2 years relevant management experience. Bilingual preferred Skills/Abilities
Ability to use data to evaluate outcomes Working knowledge and experience with electronic medical record systems, performance dashboards, database products, and analysis tools Ability to lead change and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and teaching skills Compensation
$104,697 - $167,515 annually based on experience EEO & Accommodation
