This manager role is responsible for leading Demand Planning operations in the US Market, developing accurate demand plans for over-the-counter sales of core items and promotional offerings, and aligning monthly with the customer through S&OP processes. Responsibilities: Drive operational excellence in demand planning, creating accurate and timely demand plans for core and promotional menu items. Contribute strategic direction to the S&OP process, ensuring integration of the consumer demand forecast in monthly customer meetings. Provide leadership during the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) process with the customer and supply chain partners. Manage end-to-end packaging demand and supply planning, including oversight of planning parameters.

Measures, strategy & continuous improvement: Achieve and maintain at least 95% of Promotional & Supply Chain Initiative (SCI) compensation measures and joint accountability metrics. Drive continuous improvements in customer satisfaction. Proficiently use HAVI planning and reporting systems (Horizon, ROP, EAS, Connect, etc.) to inform strategy and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform root-cause analyses and promote improvement initiatives in demand planning processes. Maintain subject matter expertise to guide the demand planning process and incorporate future consumer trends.

Team development & leadership: Cultivate leadership within the demand planning team and develop junior and senior SMEs. Foster high-performing teams with a collaborative and empowering environment. Oversee hiring practices to optimize team composition and resource allocation, with focused training and development.

Qualifications: University degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Operations, or a related discipline. Minimum 4+ years of supply chain experience with a focus on demand planning and S&OP processes. Prior leadership experience managing individual contributors is strongly preferred. Experience in a client-facing role with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations. Ability to present and influence decision-makers across Marketing, Analytics, and Supply Chain. Strong understanding of forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, analytics, and their impact on suppliers and QSR client operations. Experience with inventory/demand/ERP applications and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis) and ability to drive system improvements and user adoption. Understanding of the food service or fast-moving consumer goods industry landscape. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; data analysis and presentation focus.

Leadership that inspires trust, develops talent, and promotes collaboration. Starting salary: $115,000$130,000 with a 10% targeted bonus.
