Delivery Optimization: Advise on optimized methods and standards for delivery practices, tooling and reporting to minimize administrative overhead and increase actionable insights. Enable, govern and launch these standards. Refine steady-state delivery practices, artifacts and routines to build high-quality software faster (in collaboration with cross-functional leadership). Define, measure, track and report overall tower/domain/platform health metrics. Ensure traceability of commitments, progress and impediments across all types of work. Govern, enable and ensure alignment with enterprise and LOB delivery standards (process, artifacts, tooling and data). Strategic Alignment
Ensure all work within the tower directly supports strategic goals and priorities, providing clear insights into tower performance to support leadership. Partner with Engineering leaders to develop and maintain 12-month tower roadmaps based on historical capacity. Drive data-based prioritization decisions with impact analysis and trade-offs. Analyze and report on tower investment, feature costs, and potential impacts to inform prioritization. Align tower priorities with Business, Enterprise Tech and Bank Tech labor strategies. Publish and maintain a unified listing of active and future projects with regular status updates. Facilitate cross-functional work outside key programs with impact and sizing discussions. Drive tower/domain/platform roadmap delivery, identify and mitigate risks to on-time delivery. Collaborate with TPMs, Project Managers and Engineering Leaders to refine program delivery best practices including stakeholder management, dependency management, risk management, communication planning, and scope refinement. Strong portfolio, project, and program management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making. Ability to work autonomously and know when to escalate; confident in championing ideas with senior leaders. Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and influence across the organization. Collaborative team player with executive communication skills to drive transformational change. Continuous improvement mindset for program and portfolio management practices. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree At least 7 years of project or program management experience At least 3 years of portfolio management experience Preferred Qualifications
Masters in Business Administration 10+ years of project or program management experience 5+ years of portfolio management experience 5+ years of experience with Agile or Lean methodologies PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification Strong communication and collaboration skills Note:
