Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Program Management Analyst to join a high-profile, complex financial modernization project. As a key project team member, you will be responsible for managing large and separate workstreams, tracking schedule, budget, risks, and issues, scope, and quality. You will ensure project alignment with strategic goals and deliver successful ERP solutions across a complex client. Education
Bachelor's degree required Clearance
No clearance required, but must pass State of MD background check Onsite Requirements
Comfortable traveling to Baltimore, MD, Annapolis, MD, and Rockville, MD, as needed Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with some weeks requiring 2-3 days onsite and others requiring only 1-2 days Responsibilities
Manage large and separate workstreams Track schedule, budget, risks, and issues, scope, and quality Ensure project alignment with strategic goals Deliver successful ERP solutions across a complex client Analyze, identify program task needs, work through complex issues, and communicate effectively Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Maintain complete line of sight across program activities Support the management and tracking of project schedule, budget, risk, quality, scope, and other key program management areas for a portfolio of projects Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) from clients and monitor progress against KPIs Create various forms of status reports, including weekly status reports for core project team members and executive level reports for executive steering committees Prepare and present written communications, project plans, status reports, and briefing materials Monitor, track, and report on the status of various project requests related to financial management modernization Create and manage Project Management Plans (PMP) Required Skills
Experience supporting large, complex systems implementation and modernization projects as a program or project management analyst Ability to analyze, and identify program task needs, work through complex issues, and communicate effectively Ability to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues Ability to maintain complete line of sight across program activities Ability to support the management and tracking of project schedule, budget, risk, quality, scope, and other key program management areas for a portfolio of projects Ability to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) from clients and monitor progress against KPIs Ability to create various forms of status reports Excellent written and verbal communications skills Experience with program management or project management methodologies Experience creating and managing Program Management Plans (PMP) ERP experience in discovery/implementation phase Nice to Have
PMP certification Experience on an ERP Financial Management modernization project Seniority level
