Senior Finance Manager
- Remote. Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, California, Texas or New Mexico are encouraged to apply. In this position you will: Lead and develop advanced financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, capital investment, revenue diversification, partnership and divestiture opportunities on behalf of Executive Leadership. These projects are complex, involve high risk and return, and have material impacts to the system.
Design and execute market and competitive analysis to support strategy, business development, and long-range financial planning.
Design and construct sophisticated financial/economic analyses including: ROIC decomposition/optimization; product, customer and portfolio profitability; and scenario modeling.
Prepare and deliver actionable insights generated by analyses in written, graphical, and verbal formats to inform senior leadership across the organization.
Provide consulting services to system operations, various functions and clinical programs to evaluate opportunities to improve financial performance and/or mission return.
Connect strategic decisions and options with financial analysis and impacts, including the risks of status quo.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders and leaders across the organization.
Contribute to the creation of FP&A best practices for planning, forecasting, and analytics.

8 years of closely related finance experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Health Administration
A minimum of 6 years of progressive responsibility in business analytics, strategic financial management, strategic planning and/or consulting roles
Demonstrated executive presence with strong oral and written communication skills with a keen ability to distill complex analysis into impactful yet simple and concise stories.
Ability to think outside the box and not be hindered by how things have been done in the past.
A sense of humor and enthusiasm to bring energy to complex business discussions.
