Principal or Sr. Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst - R10196804 at Northrop Grumman. Location: San Diego, CA (on site with hybrid telework as described). Responsibilities
Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and performance measurement baseline to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT). Establish Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled, assess and maintain objective performance criteria, justify estimates to complete, and support internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis. Maintain budget baseline, conduct funding analysis, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports; prepare government cost performance reports and performance measurement variance analysis; develop and analyze estimates to complete. Support development of budget baselines and cost/schedule integration; assist in the preparation of budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC; perform/assist financial performance analyses and visibility reporting; assist in the preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR; support variance analysis reports; facilitate the program monthly rhythm process and incorporate baseline changes into the EVM system using tools such as MPM, SAP, BW, wInsight, MS Excel/Project/PowerPoint. Operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; demonstrate self-motivation and collaboration with team members. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications Level 3
Bachelor\'s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR Master\'s degree with 3 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM) Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting Ability to work on site weekly in Rancho Bernardo with a hybrid telework schedule Basic Qualifications Level 4
Bachelor\'s degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR Master\'s degree with 6 years of relevant experience Understanding of Business Systems (SAP/Cobra) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM) Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting Ability to work on site weekly in Rancho Bernardo with a hybrid telework schedule Applicable Earned Value Management experience must be listed on your resume in order to be considered for the role. Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00; Salary Range 2: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00. Salary offers depend on scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply. Employee benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, and PTO.
