Facilitate organizational change by researching data and integration technologies and defining technical strategies across portfolios to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide more value and capabilities, reduce risks, and increase security; support the build of data and integration reference architectures and patterns. Conduct research and participate in developing data and integration roadmaps, including product selection, versions, upgrades, projects, and milestones. Communicate data and integration best practices by giving presentations and authoring content to educate others about standards, strategies, and best practices. Assist in evaluating business demands early in projects to determine appropriate data and integration software, technologies, architectures and patterns to meet business objectives; conduct evaluation of technology which may involve single solutions or matrixed evaluations via research, proof of concept, or scoped testing. Provide solution-level technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting and diagramming logical, physical, and process views across multiple technology domains. Qualifications

Minimum ten years of recent experience with IT data and integration architecture supporting a SaaS and platform-centric strategy and implementation cycle, with ability to integrate in support of an enterprise. Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred. Ability to develop presentations and present ideas to all levels of management; deep knowledge of Enterprise Data Lake/Lakehouse and related integration tools (e.g., Azure Data Lake); solid knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and Microservices, Enterprise Service Bus platforms. Strong understanding of Database Design Principles, Data Modeling and Data Warehousing, including SQL and NoSQL databases, Big Data technologies, cloud storage, BI platforms, dashboards, data mining and visualization tools; deep understanding of integration architectures, including API and Event standards, data governance, and roadmaps for a large data and integration portfolio. Proven ability to implement data and integration architectures into large, global organizations, connecting on-premises and cloud-based applications (ERP, CMDB, CRM, CMS, etc.); ability to guide and mentor project teams on data and integration best practices; ability to optimize SDLC practices and influence firm-wide standards. Familiarity with web services, microservices, JSON, API gateways, messaging and streaming technologies; competent in CI/CD tooling for automated build, delivery and regression testing.
