The Customer Success Data Science team is seeking a Senior Data Scientist! This role will focus on leveraging advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning to shape product strategies, optimize customer journeys, and drive measurable business outcomes. As a senior member of the team, you will partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and broader analytics teams to deliver trusted insights, champion experimentation, and develop innovative AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of combining technical excellence, business acumen, and leadership to solve complex problems at scale. This role requires someone who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and is equally comfortable driving strategy, mentoring peers, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. What you’ll bring

5-7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field Proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets and communicate compelling data-driven stories to influence decision-making Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation Expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) Advanced proficiency in A/B testing, Python or R for analytics, modeling, and automation Familiarity with big data and cloud tools (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, Databricks) is a plus Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, and statistical modeling is strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking Demonstrated leadership through mentorship, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration Growth-oriented and proactive mindset, with a passion for innovation and customer impact How you will lead

Drive strategic thinking and cross-functional alignment around data-driven approaches to improve product and customer experience strategies Lead deep exploration of customer data and spearhead customer segmentation, LTV modeling, and other advanced analytics solutions Develop experimentation plans and testing frameworks to measure, optimize, and scale data-driven strategies across targeting, personalization, and product initiatives Apply machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-based methods to deliver innovation and improve decision-making across the business Optimize and manage data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient reporting and analytics capabilities Partner with product, finance, and business development leaders to define strategies, investment priorities, and data-driven opportunities Mentor and coach data scientists and analysts, elevating craft skills, encouraging innovation, and fostering a culture of learning and excellence Seniority level
