Summary We are seeking a dynamic VP of Supply Chain who will lead the development and execution of comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and competitive advantage. Oversees end-to-end supply chain management, including strategic sourcing, procurement, demand planning, manufacturing footprint optimization, logistics, and supplier relationship management, ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction. Location Travel- 40% Compensation Compensation comprises of a lucrative Base Salary + Bonus + 401K + Full Medical, Dental, Vision + Tuition Reimbursement + Additional Award-Winning Benefits. Primary Responsibilities Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans. Lead annual supply chain planning process and establish key performance metrics and targets. Develop and execute a manufacturing footprint strategy to optimize the manufacturing production network, maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels. Oversee sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP) processes to balance supply and demand. Oversee transportation management, warehousing, and distribution operations. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners. Lead business continuity planning for supply chain disruptions. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain organization. Drive a continuous improvement culture and operational excellence initiatives. Education, Skills, and Experience Mastery of supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing operations. Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain modeling and optimization tools. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and supply chain technologies. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and cost reduction programs. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integration activities. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, multi-year initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience. Proven experience in enterprise supply chain management, including manufacturing footprint optimization and facility network design. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
