Hover is building AI-powered tools for the home improvement industry, providing fully measured, accurate, and interactive property models in minutes. We are looking for a Revenue Strategy Manager to join during a critical growth phase to scale our Go To Market efforts. You will join the Revenue Operations & Strategy team to add leverage to GTM teams, drive revenue growth, and lead strategic projects.
Responsibilities
GTM Forecasting: Build a forecasting system with Sales leaders and maintain ongoing forecast updates throughout the year. GTM Insights & Reporting: Generate insights and recommendations to Sales by gathering data and creating dashboards using SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). Strategic Projects to Drive Growth: Partner with Hover sales leaders on projects to hit revenue & growth goals (e.g., cross-sell a new product to existing accounts). Customer intelligence & Customer Journeys: Equip GTM teams with reliable customer data; diagnose data, select metrics, create sustainable data processes, and build workflows for sales efforts (including triggers and targeted communications). Business Partnering: Collaborate with GTM leaders and cross-functional teams to define GTM strategy, ICP, quotas, and team structure. Your Background Includes
At least 3+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations, and/or Analytics at a technology company; 2-3 years in Consulting is also acceptable. You are analytically oriented
Strong data skills; able to build business cases. Experience with SQL for complex analyses. Experience with a BI/dashboard tool (Tableau preferred, others acceptable). You’re operationally minded and scrappy
Open to experimentation and trying different solutions to drive results. Able to translate ambiguous problems into simple, effective solutions using available tools and data. You’re a great cross-functional partner

Hybrid roles with hubs in San Francisco and New York City. Employees within a 50-mile radius are expected to come into the local Hover office at least three times per week. Fully remote roles are not being considered at this time. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000 - $162,000 annually. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across applicable US locations. Individual pay is determined by location and factors including skills, experience, and education; recruiters can share location-specific details during hiring. Seniority level
