Doctors are overworked, burnt out, and are quitting in masses. At Freed, we combine clinician love with the latest AI tech and intense execution to create products that make clinicians happier. Our first product is an AI scribe that automates medical documentation. Since May 2023, we have acquired clinicians, generated patient notes daily, and expanded our product offering with backing from Sequoia Capital and other investors. We are rapidly expanding with patient-facing assistants, patient insights, EHR integrations, and other products being built and used by thousands of clinicians daily. We value entrepreneurial, fast, ambitious, and smart individuals who want to support clinicians. Our office is in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule; teams collaborate in person three days a week. About The Role

Senior Product Designer

to help transform how clinicians work. You’ll lead design for core product areas, own the end-to-end user experience, and partner closely with engineering, product, and design peers to bring innovative ideas to life. Experience in healthcare is not required, but a passion for healthcare and helping others is a must Experience working closely with LLMs or AI-driven features What we’ll bring

Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth company Opportunity to make an immediate impact Medical, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited paid time off Company-sponsored annual retreats Commuter stipend for our San Francisco based employees Compensation
