The Data Center Supply Solutions (DCSS) Team delivers capacity supply solutions across multiple regions to meet customer demands. We are a team of motivated professionals who enable the capacity needed to support AWS customer growth and optimize the worlds largest cloud services company. We are looking for an exceptional GIS Specialist to join a team building state-of-the-art land analytics software solutions that empower the DCSS real estate team to deliver capacity to meet global AWS customer needs. You will play a critical role in helping define GIS product features and be at the forefront of making direct and immediate business impacts. Responsibilities

Build GIS web applications and develop GIS-based analysis models and tools supporting data center development due diligence projects Design and implement geospatial database schemas and data processing pipelines Work with external service providers to test prototypes, scale solutions to production, and implement data management and application integration to ensure platform compatibility and security Contribute to system architecture, design, implementation, and security reviews of GIS tools and integrations Partner with product and program managers to identify needs for new GIS tools and expand the location intelligence capabilities of the tooling platform Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of technical product or program management experience 2+ years of software development experience 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred Qualifications
