The DMS Applications Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the organization’s document management software applications to ensure efficient business operations and user satisfaction. This position focuses on operational support, application customization, and data integration, collaborating closely with stakeholders to enhance application performance and align solutions with business needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Position Details Location: Chicago (hybrid, with work-from-home flexibility) Position Responsibilities

Provides day-to-day support for core business applications, focusing on solutions where unstructured work product is created, stored, and shared inside and outside the firm, ensuring operational continuity and quick issue resolution. Manages vendor relationships, ensuring timely support and accountability for application performance. Documents and tracks issues, troubleshooting processes, and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base for future reference. Configures, customizes, and optimizes applications to meet user requirements and enhance functionality. Ensures seamless integration of applications with other systems, supporting workflows across departments. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement system enhancements. Ensures data consistency, accuracy, and quality across interconnected systems. Supports data integration efforts to enable efficient reporting and analysis. Collaborates with IT and business customers to develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making. Assists in planning, designing, and implementing new applications and upgrades to existing systems. Conducts research into software products and services to evaluate their potential to meet organizational needs. Supports testing efforts to ensure smooth deployment of software updates and new applications. Communicates effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on application performance, issues, and resolutions. Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or 5 years of equivalent work experience. Experience supporting, configuring, and tuning a DMS application (ideally iManage); familiarity with the rest of the DMS suite. Experience with other enterprise legal technology solutions (citrix ShareFile, HighQ, SharePoint, or similar) is highly desirable. The salary range for this position is

$107K to $132.5K . Please note that quoted salary ranges are based on Benesch’s good faith belief at the time of the job posting and are not a guarantee of final salary offers. Base pay is location-based and may vary with knowledge, skills, and experience.
