Strategic Pursuit Leader, Large Deals - US Remote at NTT DATA North America. This role focuses on large deals ($50M+). The Pursuit Leader will manage and orchestrate end-to-end strategic pursuit cycles, architect engagement strategy, and understand value drivers, value proposition, transformation angle, stakeholder map (including board relationships), competitive landscape, decision process and timeline, and the approval path. They will review the client-facing point of view to identify value-add propositions and create an actionable Pursuit Strategy/Win Strategy that articulates required business outcomes and what is needed to win, updating it as the pursuit progresses. The role also develops an understanding of which client executives need to be convinced and what must be true for the client to choose NTT DATA, align stakeholders to the value proposition, and shape the deal. From a renewals perspective, this function will create a process for high-value renewals, including assessment, strategy, and execution, and will work with Industry Leaders to roll it out. Responsibilities

Own the creation and execution of strategic pursuit engagement plans, collaborating with team members and across the company to ensure continued alignment and action. Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to build relationships and gain a deep understanding of the customer’s current needs and challenges. Manage customer relationships from origination to closure of complex, multi-tower high-value proposals. Create win strategies that address the business goals and technology needs of a customer. Lead the solution design, construction, and orchestration across NTT, partners, and client organizations. Work collaboratively across multi-solution and cross-functional teams with Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, Client Delivery, and Operations to ensure the proposed solution aligns with customer goals and requirements. Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of the solution vision, scope, and value proposition. Stay informed on trends, technologies, and best practices in the enterprise architecture domain and use them to create innovative and competitive solutions. Operate in a matrixed, fast-paced environment driving deal strategies with multiple stakeholders and teams. Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of experience in Information Technology enterprise sales, complex deal pursuit, or consulting sales roles. Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading sales/new business deal pursuits and closing complex deal cycles focused on delivering business outcomes. Minimum of 8 years’ pursuit experience managing and closing deals that involve working with business stakeholders and partners in a collaborative environment across technology domains such as cloud, data, security, network/infrastructure, and applications. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (i.e., 4 additional years of work experience). Must be able to travel at least 50%.
