Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion. Be responsible for the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s). Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Provide regular updates to the team, management, and PMO on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status. Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Manage customer expectations across the project cycle and lead single and multi-product medium voltage solutions projects. Direct diagnostics with the ability to determine root cause and corrective actions. Qualifications
Minimum Education Required : Bachelor’s degree. Basic Qualifications : 4+ years of experience managing portfolios in the power distribution industry (medium or high voltage equipment/switchgear). 20% travel required (national and international). Ability to interpret and report results to senior management and customers. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications : Demonstrated leadership skills, experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (program management, services, engineering, operations, logistics); ability to drive projects in a competitive market; experience in cost-saving initiatives; excellent written and verbal communication; contract and change management experience; PMP certification (required within 1 year of employment).
