The Marlin Alliance is seeking a forward-thinking

Mid-level Salesforce Developer

to provide client support to our Navy client. This is an on-site role and applicants must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. Established in 2002, The Marlin Alliance is seeking to hire highly skilled individuals to support mission critical projects within the Navy. We are looking for motivated individuals to lead and support digital transformation, data science and analytics, and automation projects for a variety of Navy clients. Individuals must be able to function in a fast-paced work environment and able to adapt quickly to rapidly changing requirements and technologies. Using your comprehensive knowledge of various technologies, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to support Navy mission owners in their digital transformation journey. Responsibilities

Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with Government Leads and other developers to create scalable, efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform. Implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework. Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements. Communicate with team members and other directorates to understand their needs and provide technical solutions in Salesforce. Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical specifications, project plans, and deployment guides. Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Salesforce applications. Stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Proficient with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning. Experience with Salesforce Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience leading Salesforce projects for Federal Customers like the Department of Defense (DoD) (e.g., Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps). Familiarity with DoD IT/cloud information systems. Preferred Skills/Certifications

Salesforce Developer Certification - Platform Developer I or II is highly preferred. Work Environment and Mental/Physical Demands
