United Surgical Partners International, Inc . Job Summary A Partnership Lia liaison is responsible for physician and practice outreach for internal physicians. In accordance with enterprise and local strategic priorities, this role will establish and foster relationships with physicians, practice managers and/or schedulers that best grow and develop USPI centers potential case volume and service lines. With the objective of increasing the selection of our centers by proceduralists, this role is primarily responsible for supporting credentialing and onboarding, facilitating increased access to procedural times, supporting service line expansion initiatives. All provider engagement, and work, to be done in accordance with the Company’s Standards of Conduct and policies and procedures, particularly those involving referral source arrangements. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, practice managers, and schedulers to grow center case volume and service lines. Assist with credentialing and onboarding processes for providers. Facilitate increased access to procedural times. Support service line expansion initiatives in alignment with enterprise priorities. Ensure all provider engagement complies with the Company’s Standards of Conduct and policies, especially regarding referral source arrangements. Seniority level
