Partner

will join ERM’s Capital Project Delivery team with a focus on

Diversified Energy

clients and play a key role in client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM’s consulting services in the Energy and/or Power sectors. This role emphasizes traditional energy and decarbonization projects within the Gulf Coast footprint and beyond. Responsibilities

Lead client account development and growth, sales, and delivery of ERM’s consulting services to deliver strategic value in the Energy and/or Power industries. Grow ERM’s Capital Project Development services and business, through collaboration with NA Regional Service Leadership and client account teams. Develop and maintain client relationships, deliver strategic consulting advice, and provide high-quality service to drive growth. Maintain knowledge of industry cycles and prioritize sales efforts toward high-potential opportunities. Develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business with ERM’s target Energy and/or Power clients. Drive innovation within core sectors to stay ahead of client needs and differentiate ERM in the market. Build and lead a high-performance team, serving as a mentor to consultants. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, financial targets, project budgets and schedules, client satisfaction, and internal risk and contractual requirements. Collaborate with ERM’s technical communities (e.g., Biodiversity and Ecosystems, Impact Assessment) with a focus on policy and compliance for protected species. Qualifications

BS/MS in environmental science, biology, engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of progressive experience in management consulting with substantial work in the Energy or Power sectors, ideally including traditional energy, LNG, CCS, and/or hydrogen. Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales/programs. Deep understanding of the Energy and/or Power industry and existing relationships to leverage into new business. Understanding of regulatory environments, key agencies, and emerging issues (e.g., carbon transition). Business acumen to recognize risks and opportunities to provide enterprise-wide solutions for clients. About ERM
