Thompson’s continuum of care encompasses prevention, mental health services, and foster care. All programs are trauma-informed and evidence-based/evidence-informed with the goal of building resilience in clients (ages 0-18) and their families, both virtually and in person. Provide engagement, support, guidance, mentoring, advocacy, and empowerment to youth assigned to your caseload in the Thompson Youth Stabilization department. Engage and mentor youth to support their treatment plans, empower self-advocacy, provide transportation (with reimbursement), respond to crises, and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Work with irregular hours, largely managing your own schedule. Administrative tasks are typically completed during the day, while service visits and youth engagement occur in the afternoons and evenings. What does this position offer?

High School Diploma/equivalent required.
