Lead complex industrial automation projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Collaborate across teams and with customers to deliver safe, compliant, and technically sound solutions. Key Responsibilities
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and team performance across multiple projects. Oversee technical implementation and ensure solutions meet customer and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate project data in ERP systems and prepare regular reports. Facilitate meetings and drive cross-functional collaboration. Negotiate scope changes and manage supplier contracts. Ensure safety and compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years
of experience in project management and automation/controls. Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects (>$100K). Strong communication, team-building, and ERP proficiency. PMP certification preferred. Valid driver's license; ability to travel up to 25% Seniority level
