This role is vital to the success of our retail operations. Customer Service Specialists engage effectively with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, provide answers to inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are dedicated to promptly resolving customer concerns and ensuring maximum client satisfaction while staying informed about product features and maintaining high quality and visual standards.
Customer Service Specialists strive for outstanding customer service while consistently achieving the store's sales targets. This position involves interactions with customers, including minors, and includes access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuable items. Therefore, a review of criminal history is essential to safeguard our operations and ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
The individual selected for this position will work at various stores within a 30-mile radius of the following locations:

Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service Assist customers in person and over the phone, assessing needs and presenting appropriate products Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers Accurately process sales transactions according to policies Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintain precise work order files and formulas Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed Tint and mix products to customer specifications Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment Load/unload delivery trucks Assist with deliveries as needed Maintain in-stock conditions in assigned areas Remain knowledgeable about available products to discuss options Comply with inventory control measures Suggest strategies to enhance sales Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role Experience selling paint and related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Ability to communicate in more than one language Proficiency in Spanish is a plus Sherwin-Williams is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
