Oversee assigned construction projects Manage project costs, schedules, and budgets Participate in preconstruction activities and conferences Review and prepare various contracts Manage labor/equipment needs and scheduling Process change orders Coordinate with operations team on project staffing Collaborate with support staff on submittals and approvals process Conduct project close-out activities Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience (construction related field preferred) 8-10 years of commercial construction industry experience Proficiency in Project Management software Ability to manage construction projects >$20mm Location
Powers & Sons Construction bids projects within 50 miles of our offices, no overnight travel required Compensation and Benefits
