A growing cyber security consulting firm is seeking a skilled Insider Threat Intelligence Analyst to support enterprise security operations by identifying, assessing, and responding to insider risks. This role blends technical analysis with investigative work and requires experience with threat detection, behavioral analysis, and policy development.
Location:
On-site at Client HQ Washington, DC (Hybrid: 3 days per week) Clearance
: Public trust or ability to obtain one Key Responsibilities Develop and support insider threat programs, including policies, tools, and procedures Monitor and analyze security alerts for potential insider threat activity Gather, assess, and report on internal and external threat intelligence Conduct investigations and collaborate with security, HR, and legal teams Produce clear, actionable reports and briefings for leadership
Qualifications
BS/BA in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field 3+ years experience in insider threat, intelligence, counterintelligence, law enforcement, or investigations Certification(s): CISSP, GIAC, CEH, Security+, Network+, or equivalent Strong communication, analysis, and report-writing skills Experience developing insider threat frameworks and investigative workflows
