Lead a Multi-Million Dollar Global ERP Transformation – and Make Your Mark This isn’t just another Oracle E-Business Suite role. It’s a career-defining contract running a high-profile, long term ERP program for a major global organisation — with executive-level backing, big budgets, and a complex delivery landscape that will stretch your skills and reward your expertise. As Oracle E-Business Suite Program Manager, you’ll be the strategic and delivery leader, steering multiple workstreams (functional, technical, integrations, data migration, testing) to success. You’ll be embedded at the heart of decision-making — influencing direction, managing senior stakeholders, and ensuring every moving part of the program is aligned, on track, and delivering real business value. What makes this different? Global scope – shape outcomes that impact an international business. High-impact travel – initial 3–4 weeks onsite in the US Midwest during the first 8 weeks, then targeted onsite visits 4–5 times over the next 12–18 months (all expenses covered). Executive buy-in – direct access to decision-makers, no endless red tape. Program complexity – a rich mix of functional transformation, integrations, and change management challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle E-Business Suite programs, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives. Oversee multiple project workstreams (functional, technical, integrations, data migration, and testing). Develop and manage program plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk registers. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Drive governance and reporting for program progress, issues, and dependencies. Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure delivery excellence. Ensure change management, user adoption, and training are embedded in delivery plans. Support pre-sales and bid work by contributing to solution shaping, estimations, and proposal writing.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle E-Business Suite programs (preferably R12.2 or above). A strong track record in multi-million-pound ERP transformation delivery. Expertise in managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Knowledge of core EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HCM) and their interdependencies. Strong stakeholder management skills up to C-suite level. Demonstrated experience in program governance, risk management, and budget control. Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments and maintain focus under pressure.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and hybrid EBS-to-Cloud strategies. Familiarity with public sector ERP delivery and associated governance. Experience working within consultancy or systems integrator environments. Formal project/program management certification (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
