Position Location:

We're all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is currently looking for a Manager, Category Management to support our Grocery Team focused on several larger strategic customers. This position is flexible to work-from-home or in one of our offices (Boston or Cincinnati for an office, other locations for work-from-home). This position is part of the Category Management and Shopper Insights team within the sales division.

A Day in the Life

Provide category management support to Ocean Spray's business for the Grocery channel including trend analysis, item ranking reporting, category review/reset process and shopper panel insights

Create business reviews that incorporate retailer, market and category trends as well as consumer and shopper insights

Leverage insights to create growth strategies for the category

Create and present planogram recommendations for retailers

Partner with Ocean Spray sales team developing insights and presentations for customers

Utilize multiple data sources to develop comprehensive recommendations spanning product, placement, price, and promotion

Uncover assortment opportunities through space to sales analyses

What We Are Looking For

4+ years Category Management experience, Food & Beverage preferred

Expertise with IRI/Nielsen POS

Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with retailer loyalty card data (i.e. Scintilla, 84.51, SymphonyAI)

Space planning software experience

Strong analytic skills with a high attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple ongoing projects

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to sell an idea persuasively and collaborate with others

Bachelor's degree required

Education Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience At least 3 Years of Experience

Annual Salary $95,200 - $130,900
