Flexible Shifts: Part-time and full-time positions available. Weekend Availability: Must work at least one weekend, but enjoy the flexibility of a rotating schedule. Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). Serve as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate. Support clients in areas such as: Community Access, Personal Care, Medical Appointments, Peer Interactions, and Recreational Activities. What We're Looking For
Good judgment and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities A passion for helping others and the willingness to learn and grow within the role What You Need To Apply
Be 21+ years old Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver\'s License Must pass a background check Previous experience in human services is a plus If you know American Sign Language, let us know. We have special opportunities for those with ASL knowledge. Why Choose Us?
