Barry’s is the Best Workout in the WorldTM. Founded in West Hollywood in 1998, it’s the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience that provides an immersive, high‑intensity, one‑hour workout that’s as effective as it is fun. Our fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group in order to achieve real results and to prevent injuries. Our program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class.

The Role
involves being the first line of contact at all Barry’s studios. Client Specialists are well‑versed in all aspects of our business, complying with company policies, procedures and directives. They are key to developing lasting client relationships through providing superior hospitality and assisting clients with class selections, bookings, questions; maintaining a clean studio; FuelBar orders; and merchandise purchases. Our Client Specialists are excellent communicators and positive brand ambassadors, helping convey memorable experiences for our clients. Front Desk Responsibilities
Client Experience: Understanding of hospitality principles & processes and ability to execute as part of the Barry's Client Experience Support the client experience with hospitality and studio amenities to build personalized experiences with the goal of positively impacting both sales and service Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed, assisted accordingly, and have a memorable experience commensurate with the Barry’s brand Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships: develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients and staff, and maintain them over time Assist clients, building individual connections, and providing direction with any questions or concerns Communicate with Supervisors and peers: provide information to supervisors and co‑workers in a timely and efficient manner Deliver first class client experience at all times Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere by assisting in studio cleaning, restocking, and upkeep as needed Guide clients regarding latest studio promotions, membership discounts and/or special events Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations Participate in all relevant training and development programs and meetings as directed by Operations leaders Have flexibility with schedule, including weekends, holidays, mornings, or nights, and meet minimum availability requirements Fuel Bar Responsibilities
Deliver quality protein smoothies and customer service in the Fuel Bar Handle pre‑orders and on‑the‑spot orders, customized to each client’s needs Assist clients with questions and product selection Complete client orders in a timely manner utilizing a POS transaction Maintain Fuel Bar department areas clean and sanitized Follow departmental procedures for safety, proper food handling, and sanitation per health code regulations Rotate merchandise in refrigerated coolers and department tables, paying attention to spoiling goods per policy Prepare various Fuel Bar items following company recipes Facility Maintenance
Prepare studio spaces before, after, and between classes by cleaning equipment, sweeping, mopping and/or vacuuming floors, and wiping mirrors Support in cleaning and maintaining locker rooms to brand standard Regular deep cleaning, organization, and service of common areas Conduct small studio repairs when appropriate Laundry services, including collecting, washing, and folding towels Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance checklists Customer Service
Ensure all existing and new clients receive the highest level of hospitality Maintain client database and utilize information to increase client contact Attend community functions to generate new business and invite clients to in‑studio events Qualifications
Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values Ability to work either a full‑time or part‑time schedule Full‑time: minimum 30 hours per week with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and at least one weekend day Part‑time: minimum 24 hours per week, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and at least one weekend day Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction Enthusiasm for the studio and the job Patient, courteous listener with empathy Responding to client requests with a can‑do attitude Cooperative team member with professional appearance and behavior Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Excellent cleaning skills and a sanitary work understanding Maintain attention to detail and studio appearance Demonstrate strong communication skills Candidates must be at least 18 years or older to apply The Pay Range For This Role Is
