180k to 200k Akkodis is seeking experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the organizations enterprise-wide architecture strategy. This role will focus on aligning business needs with innovative technology solutions through transformation roadmaps, establishing architectural standards, and leading cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep technical expertise, exceptional consultative skills, and a passion for building scalable, future-ready systems. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and communicate the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and standards to support organizational goals. Partner with business and IT leaders to translate business needs into scalable technology roadmaps and high-level solution designs. Serve as a trusted advisor for Product and Engineering leadership, influencing technology investment decisions with business and operational impact in mind.
Solution Design & Execution Lead the design of standard software and hardware builds, system options, and enterprise-level solutions that balance cost, risk, and value. Provide architectural guidance and thought leadership for complex programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Drive innovation by recommending and implementing emerging technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.
Governance & Operations Oversee architectural governance, including Architecture Review Boards, solution reviews, exception management, and related processes. Develop and maintain architectural reference materials, standards, and best practices to guide solution design across teams. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to shape the companys future technology landscape. Research, analyze, and propose forward-thinking solutions that drive business value and technical excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 10+ years
of enterprise-wide architecture experience across application, customer channels, and corporate systems. Expertise with technologies including
Concourse, Copado, Copilot, Docker, Gearset, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Postman, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow . Deep knowledge of
A?gile Development, AI/ML, API Gateway & Management, Commerce, Composable Architecture, Customer Service, DevSecOps, HR, Integration, Marketing, Sales, Security, Supply Chain . Strong understanding of
API-first design patterns
and architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, etc.). Proficiency in
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LeanIX ; experience in application development, systems management, or project management a plus. Exceptional consultative, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills. Managing & Measuring Work Peer Relationships Motivating Teams Highly self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks and driving initiatives independently.
