Be responsible for generating new business for the group with a primary focus on selling direct-to-customer solutions. Provide exceptional account management and customer service to clients, with frequent contact via telephone, email, and in-person meetings. Anticipate and respond to staffing requests, RFPs, and all business opportunities; seek opportunities to provide additional Huron services to clients when appropriate. Maintain excellent relationships with clients and consultants; act as the face of the organization to stakeholders. Qualifications

Sales of Oracle Consulting services, including developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts within North America (primarily) for enterprise accounts (revenue > $750M USD) in the manufacturing industry. Networking and developing strong business relationships with customers to turn to Oracle and Huron for resource needs. Searching for new opportunities and growing the sales pipeline, generating leads, and submitting proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Working closely with experienced architects, industry SMEs, and delivery professionals to deliver solutions and pricing. Prospecting, generating leads, and closing deals. Growing sales pipeline and searching for new opportunities. Communicating and partnering with C-Suite, VP, Director, and Manager level executives. Demonstrated expertise and a strong network within the Oracle ecosystem. Full sales cycle experience, from lead generation to closing large, million-dollar plus deals. Extensive knowledge of professional services selling and the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to drive revenue. Extensive experience in the development and execution of the sales process to close the business deal through executive contacts; identifying client issues and priorities and providing solutions based on the firm’s services. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate in a team-based office environment and work independently. Experience with Salesforce (Customer Management Software) preferred. Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA, BS); MBA preferred. Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $205,000. This range represents a good faith estimate of the pay range at the time of posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel. This job is eligible to participate in Huron’s Business Development Commission Plan and benefit plans including medical, dental, vision coverage and other wellness programs. Position Level
