Sr Director Project Management
The Sr Director Project Management will lead the Project Management activities across the Enterprise. This seasoned PM professional will have deep knowledge and experience of Project Management best practices and systems and be able to implement them resulting in increased efficiency, establishment of and adherence to an optimized work-flow process, reduced cycle times, more effective use of resources/talent, and reductions in errors/omissions. This position will work cross-functionally to ensure that the project management discipline addresses the business requirements. Reporting to the Executive Leadership, Sr Director Project Management will be accountable for demonstrating continual and quantifiable improvement in efficiency, staff utilization, cost savings and client satisfaction (relevant to operations).

Position Summary
The Sr Director Project Management will lead the Project Management activities across the Enterprise. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
PMO Related:
Leads Enterprise wide project initiative as it relates to operations, tools and PM functions
Hire, train and mentor full 360 execution experienced Project Managers
Facilitates the improvement of project team communications through common processes, deliverables, and terminology
Enforce Project Schedule conformity across business units
Enforce Project Change Management protocols across business units
Establishes and deploys a common set of project management processes and templates
Projects Related:
Owner of Project Execution
Project Set up in PM tool/System
Schedule creation and Management
Book and Facilitate all key project meetings
Work closely with department teams to ensure on time delivery on strategy, execution, release and formal close out
Conduct Project status with internal teams and clients
Work closely between departments to ensure seamless pass off - concept to production. Ensure no silos.
Resource Management:
Ensure Time tracking Compliance across enterprise
Perform department Capacity Planning for active programs and projections for sales pipeline
Employee Utilization Reporting by departments
Time estimation/Budget Planning Support for project deliverables (based on historical data)
On own projects work with Department heads to assign resources to projects and align those resources accordingly to tasks on projects.
Tools/Templates:
Product Owner and System Administrator for PM Tool
PM tool - Design and implementation of project-related templates, reports, and workflows
Induction and refresher training for PM tool
Communications across enterprise as it relates to PM tool NEW ADDITIONS or UPDATES
Process Governance:
PMO Owns and protects the integrity of the process and all associated outputs
Enforce Adoption of process existing and new
As new or revised processes and templates are made available, the PMO deploys them consistently to the organization
Process Change Management comes through PMO for formal change across enterprise
Inductions and Refresher Trainings
Monitor/Control:
Tracks organization-wide metrics on the state of project delivery and the value being provided to the business
Constant Assessment of the project delivery environment on an ongoing basis to determine and measure improvements made over time
Efficiencies goals set and always look to improve and enhance workflow to allow for scalability
Vendor Management:
Vendor Mgmt for all execution based vendors (as agreed with Bus Unit)
Support Account with all key creative deliveries as it relates to vendors secured for strategy or account purposes
Estimate with vendors, secure contracts, process invoices, create change orders as necessary
Budgeting Entry and Reconciliation:
Budget Support to Account
Budget Reconciliation to Account
Support to Account - Enter Invoices into System (A/R)
Staff Management:
This role might have all PM Levels as direct reports to start in current structure.
Dir PM will manage and mentor junior staff members
Dir PM will provide performance review input
Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports - This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports - May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Travel Travel up to 15%
Minimum Qualifications Education : Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience
Certifications : Project Management Certification required.
Experience : - 10-15+ years working in Project Management Function - B2B Experience preferred - Experience in Process Architecture preferred - Experience in Tools Architecture - mapping process and inductions to enterprise
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
Advanced Experience with Project Management Tools - PPM solutions or MS Project
Understand technology to the extent of managing technical resources for digital executions
Ability to manage teams of resources on projects
Ability to manage and train junior/mid-level project management staff members
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Strong prioritization and leadership skills
Decision making, conflict management, and team-building abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision
Ability to gather data, prepare reports, and present findings
Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Sedentary: Office environment with sit for extended periods, ability to hear via telephone, and ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
