Network Engineer Graduate (Physical Network Infra) - 2026 Start (BS/ MS) at ByteDance. Design, build, operate and optimize ByteDance's global network, including backbone, data center, public cloud and Edge/CDN. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compute, storage, database, and recommendation systems to drive the innovation and evolution of ByteDance network. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Good network knowledge, such as OSI and TCP/IP model Basic understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, ISIS and BGP Understanding of basic network monitoring protocols and tools, such as SNMP, Sflow/netflow, Telemetry Hands-on experience with network devices, such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper etc Self-motivated, good communication and written skills Preferred Qualifications

Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136,800 - $145,920 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay may include additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by location and include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid parental leave; disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; and paid holidays, sick days, and paid personal time.
