Pay Range: $41.88 - $62.40 per hour

Summary This RPA UiPath Developer position leverages RPA/UiPath to develop complex workflows, configurations, and customizations within the Rush Salesforce Ecosystem. Collaborates with functional business leads and architects to customize and update complex software solutions for Salesforce digital programs. Designs prototype applications, implements and tests source code, troubleshoots software applications and effectively executes the development plan. Coaches Junior Developers. Acts as backup to Lead Developer and cross trains on Lead Developer functions. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Develops end to end workflow based on business requirements in an Agile environment using UiPath.

Makes recommendations to mitigate risk and provides solution recommendations.

Develops software applications, workflows, and configurations to meet customer needs.

Proficiency in UiPath tools, including Robots, Studio, and Orchestrator.

Provide solution designs to clients during new deployments, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and project implementation phases.

Optimize processes and deploy effective solutions.

Leads in testing and debugging issues, sprints, and grooming sessions.

Supports the deployment of changes to production.

Understands and follows through with business requirements during all phases of development.

Transforms design into functionality; tests and maintains layouts and other components to enhance user-experience.

Interprets written business requirements and leads team to deploy solutions.

Creates and delivers documentation, training and communication for feature(s) and process change.

Participates in release management and continuous integration processes.

Creates installation, troubleshooting, and end user documentation.

Communicates effectively within the Rush University Medical Center organization across all teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 3+ years related IT work experience.

3-5 years’ experience in RPA tools and UiPath.

Minimum 3+ years’ experience documenting requirements, designing automation tools.

Strong ability to understand requirements and how the Salesforce platform can provide effective solutions.

Extensive experience with web services: executing calls and interpreting responses (REST or SOAP).

Proficiency in test-driven development: building, writing, and automated integration testing.

Knowledge of version control systems (Git) or similar.

Deep Understanding of the Lightning Application Programming Interface (API).

Experience with scrum and other agile based methodologies of software development.

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Maintain a UiPath Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

UiPath Certified RPA Developer (UiPath Associate)

Ability to obtain Advanced RPA Developer certification (UiARD) within 12 months of employment
