NICE CEA provides state-of-the-art enterprise level AI and analytics for all forms of business communications including speech, chat, email, and general text. We have a world class research team developing new algorithms and approaches to help companies with solving critical issues such as identifying their best performing agents, preventing fraud, categorizing customer issues, and determining overall customer satisfaction. If you have interacted with a major contact center in the last decade, it is very likely we have processed your call. The research development and innovation group partners with NICE’s cutting edge research team to scale out the delivery of new technology and AI models to customers around the world that are tailored to their company, industry, and language needs. More specifically, this team takes raw research code or ideas and turn it into highly-performant, scalable, and robust engines/libraries. Our team is very dynamic and is given wide latitude in choosing our own tools and internal processes. Responsibilities

Productizing innovation in partnership with our research team. Create new python application(s) to serve as the backends or tools for our enterprise AI applications. Maintain, debug, and document these new systems through their lifecycle. Working closely with internal stakeholders to define system requirements. Collaborate with teammates on projects and mentor junior employees or other developers who might be new to Python. Work with our team of data scientists to help them solve coding problems and elevate quality by sharing best practices. Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math 10 or more years of industry experience 6 or more years of experience writing, debugging Python applications (Pandas, PyTorch, Pytest, Pydantic). Knowledge of the enterprise software product life cycle (design, build, test, delivery, support). Familiarity with Jira, Confluence (or similar ALM) and source control packages and methodology Experience working / deploying software on both Windows and Linux systems. Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Automation systems (Jenkins or other such tools) Additional Experience

Given this is a lead position on a team working with ML technologies, knowledge of and hands on experience is expected with most of these technologies: Core NVIDIA stack

CUDA Toolkit, cuDNN, cuBLAS TensorRT NCCL (multi-GPU scaling)

ONNX / ONNX Runtime Torch Export Polygraphy ONNX GraphSurgeon Serving & Scaling

Triton Inference Server

PySpy/Scalene Nsight Systems/Compute Familiarity with ML compression & optimization: pruning, distillation, quantization Strong Linux background (driver/toolkit installation, GPU resource management) About NiCE
