Weu2019re partnering with a fast-growing voice AI startup thatu2019s redefining how frontline teams are trained and supported in real-time. Since launch earlier this year, theyu2019ve landed 4 of the top 10 auto insurers in North America and are already training thousands of claims adjusters through intelligent, interactive voice simulations. This role is one of the first engineering hires and offers ownership across the stack rom building agentic voice AI systems to designing new customer-facing features that rethink how enterprises onboard and empower their people. Base pay range : $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Location : New York City (in-person preferred) HeadHunter / Title : Founding Senior Software Engineer - Voice AI Compensation : $125K - $175K + 0.50% fer 1.00% equity What youu2019ll do
Build features end-to-end across frontend, backend, infra, and database layers Own and refine LLM prompts, agent logic, and AI tooling Work directly with enterprise customers rom onboarding to post-sales iteration Research advancements in voice AI (LLMs, STT, TTS, etc.) and ship prototypes that move the needle Collaborate closely with the founders on product roadmap, GTM support, and hiring Youu2019ll thrive here if you
Have 3+ years A0 0experience building full-stack products from scratch Enjoy ownership and autonomy rom 0 to 1 Are excited about experimenting with new LLM-driven UX patterns and workflows Have experience (or strong curiosity) with WebSockets, WebRTC, real-time voice streaming, or similar Are product-minded and love building for real users Bonus: Have startup/founder experience, or have built/used LLMs in production Interview Process
