Job Duties
Identify business opportunities within client organizations and develop plans to meet financial and organizational goals, monitoring implementation.
Define solutions for business opportunities relevant to the customer’s initiatives, pain points, and business/technological goals.
Negotiate proposal financials with clients and manage commercial, service delivery, and compliance contracting terms.
Coordinate and manage expectations and relationships with stakeholders of different internal teams and external stakeholders of strategic accounts.
Collaborate with delivery management, Sales Team, Finance/Legal Team, and organization leadership to resolve escalations.
Bring unresolved issues to the client, understand stakeholder views, and resolve the issues.
Establish baselines for size, schedule, and cost for projects and plan/manage the resources needed at the appropriate time.
Implement project management methodologies – Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and Kanban.
Formulate and manage change management processes and communicate schedule changes to protect stakeholders and manage expectations.
Lead delivery teams through client environments and align conduct and activities to promote Xoriant’s business interests.
People management and delivery responsibilities such as talent acquisition, team building, coaching and mentoring, and resource planning and management.
Job Requirements
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Global Management, Project Management, or related field.
Two (2) years of experience as Vice President, Manager, Senior Sales Director, Senior Account Manager, or related using Sales Management, Service Delivery Management.
Willingness to travel/relocate to various locations throughout the United States.
Salary The base pay range for this role is between $155,189.00 and $185,000.00 annually. Base pay depends on qualifications, experience, and location.
