Overview
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Relativity Archiving Analyst responsible for vetting Relativity workspaces and file shares, archiving or purging them, and moving file shares to archive locations. Relativity workspaces will be archived using Relativity ARM and a flat format that can be restored in Relativity or another system. Information Technology Responsibilities
Vet Relativity workspaces and file shares; archive or purge as appropriate Move file shares to archive locations Archive Relativity workspaces using ARM and a flat format that supports restoration Archive images, natives, text, and metadata (including coding fields and tags) Document the archiving process and user interface Document the archiving workflow for approval by the Senior IT Manager Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on data/file disposition Qualifications
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with backend Relativity 2022 and prior At least 3 years of hands-on experience with archiving Relativity workspaces At least 3 years of hands-on experience with restoring Relativity archives workspaces Knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience working in a collaborative environment Must be a US Citizen Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance Preferred/Ideally
An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred; preferably in computer science or management information/technology Experience in storage technology planning, performance capacity planning, and modeling Benefits
