Dysrupt is looking for a Vice President, Paid Media to lead with vision, drive performance, and inspire innovation. This senior leader will oversee a portfolio of cross-vertical accounts, shaping full-funnel media strategies across Paid Social and Paid Search, while building long-term client relationships and growing our media practice. You'll be a trusted partner to both clients and internal leadershipcomfortable with ambiguity, passionate about results, and confident driving measurable business growth. About The Role

As VP, Paid Media, youll own strategy and performance across a portfolio of high-growth brands. Youll lead a team of cross-channel media experts, mentor rising talent, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholdersinternally and externallyto drive innovation, efficiency, and scale. Youll also play a key role in evolving our internal processes and capabilities, helping Dysrupt stay ahead of an ever-changing digital landscape. Responsibilities

Strategic Media Leadership: Lead integrated paid media strategy across Paid Social and Paid Search platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube), with a focus on full-funnel performance and business outcomes. Client Partnership & Business Growth: Act as a senior strategic advisor to a portfolio of clients, engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders to align media efforts with overarching business goals. Proactively identify growth opportunities and expand partnerships. Team Development & Oversight: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across Search and Social. Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and operational excellence. Provide strategic guidance and act as an escalation point for complex challenges. Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of trends in platform capabilities, audience behavior, and measurement. Translate insights into actionable strategies and influence broader agency thinking. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Analytics, and Strategy teams to align messaging, targeting, and measurement for maximum performance. Champion collaboration and integrated thinking across the agency. Operational & Financial Management: Own forecasting, budget oversight, and performance tracking for your book of business. Report weekly and monthly business updates to founders and senior leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Paid Media with deep expertise in both Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and Paid Search (Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, etc.). Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets and delivering ROI-positive performance marketing strategies. Strong leadership experience, including 4+ years experience managing and growing high-performing cross-channel media teams. Advanced understanding of the media ecosystem, KPIs, and attribution methodologies across the funnel. Skilled in client relationship management with a track record of senior-level engagement and business growth. Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data and optimization strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complexity for executive audiences. Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Compensation Range: $146,490 - $220,440 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
