Complete all aspects of regulatory compliance testing, act as lead engineer on complex projects. Train other test engineers and test technicians. Test moderate to highly complex equipment. Ensure products meet IEC, EN, UL, CSA test standards. Ensure that analysis is in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Prepare test development project quotes and proposals by assisting in defining customer technical requirements, test strategies and selecting test equipment. Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers. Liaise with other global laboratories to ensure consistency and accuracy of methods and interpretations. Document test results for correction actions, reports and audits. Analyze test data and determine the expected outcome for tests. Identify and report all deviations. Maintain confidentiality of all client information. Maintain confidentiality of all TUV and client information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements
Excellent communication skills, to relay complex scientific and technical information in a clear, concise, and understandable manner, verbally and in technical writing. Skilled in Product Safety Testing and Report preparation using TRF’s. Knowledge of various IEC, EN, UL, CSA standards for the product categories MEAS, ITAV, HOUS (61010-1, -2, 62368-1, 60335-1, -2). Lab accreditation knowledge to ISO 17025. Education
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering (or foreign equivalent) Experience
3 years of experience evaluating products in accordance with CB Scheme, UL/NRTL, CE and GS regulatory standards. Supervisory

Office Environment. Ability to safely visit job sites, mount and dismount locomotives, and survey field conditions. Equipment Used
Laptop/Desktop Computer, Cell phone Travel Required
