Digital Advisory PMO / IT Strategic Advisory (Senior Manager)
— Senior Manager of Digital Advisory leading key projects within MHP's IT Management Consulting and Transformation practice in the Americas. Responsible for driving strategic growth, delivering C-level advisory engagements, and strengthening MHP’s market position across core sectors including Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, and emerging industries such as High-Tech, Aerospace, and Medical Devices. Location: Atlanta, GA. Code number: J000017041. Organization: MHP - A Porsche Company. This role is externally client-facing and internally transformative, supporting digital business models, modern operating structures, and enterprise change initiatives. You’ll work with counterparts in Germany to align global capabilities with the Americas market. Responsibilities
Strategic Practice Leadership:
Define and evolve the Digital Advisory portfolio, including offerings in IT Strategy and Target Operating Models (TOM); Digital Business & Product Strategy; Engineering IT and Smart Factory Advisory; Digital Supply Chain & Logistics Transformation; and Organizational Change Management (OCM) and People & Culture for ERP/Digital Programs. Business Development: Lead go-to-market efforts with Sales and Marketing to generate new pipeline opportunities and client awareness. Thought Leadership: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices; represent MHP’s thought leadership in executive conversations, conferences, and industry forums. Client Delivery & Advisory Excellence:
Serve as executive sponsor and lead advisor for high-impact programs such as enterprise transformations, ERP readiness, digital factory designs, and supply chain reengineering. Translate business and technology trends into actionable strategies for client leadership teams (CIOs, COOs, CTOs). Drive engagement quality, outcomes, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio. Project Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of consulting projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth. Team & Capability Building
Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of consultants with backgrounds in management consulting, IT strategy, and digital transformation. Team Collaboration: Foster cross-regional collaboration with MHP Germany Digital Advisory leadership. Promote a culture of innovation, quality, and entrepreneurship within the team and across the organization. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field Master’s degree is preferred Experience: 12–15+ years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or IT strategy — preferably at a top-tier firm or in a leadership role at a system integrator. Proven track record advising C-suite clients on digital and enterprise transformation initiatives. Deep knowledge in IT Operating Models, digital engineering, digital manufacturing, enterprise architecture, supply chain transformation, or large-scale ERP readiness/OCM. Proven ability to lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion. Experience managing and growing a consulting P&L or service line. Strong understanding of business processes and technology enablers (SAP, PLM, MES, Cloud, etc.). Proven business development or sales history to bring in new projects and clients (preferred). Exceptional communication, leadership, and client relationship skills. Preferred Qualifications: Industry expertise in Automotive, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or High-Tech. Global or cross-regional consulting experience (US/EU preferred). German language skills a plus, but not required. Additional Details
Travel: Up to 100% of the time. Physical requirements: Office environment; ability to lift up to 15 pounds; ability to work in open office/noisy environments; prolonged travel by car or airplane.
