MARKETING AND EVENTS ADMINISTRATOR, Questrom, Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid
Marketing and Events Administrator position at Questrom School of Business, Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid Office (GAFAO). This role develops, coordinates, leads and evaluates all GAFAO marketing and events activities.
Responsibilities
Create schedules for all admissions and conversion recruitment activities each year across all GAFAO-managed programs.
Lead marketing efforts including coordination of publications and other marketing materials, website updates and social media, and event planning.
Coordinate all logistics for events including advertising schedules, information packets and staffing.
Recruit Questrom faculty, students and alumni to participate in scheduled events.
Manage the GAFAO graduate assistants and ambassador program.
Qualifications
B.A./B.S. or equivalent work experience required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
One to three years of related administrative experience, preferably in higher education.
