We are currently supporting their search for Strategy Consultants (Consultant level) to join the US practice. This is a standout opportunity for candidates with top-tier consulting or corporate strategy experience who are eager to work on high-impact engagements across dynamic, fast-evolving industries.
Responsibilities
Work as part of small, high-performing teams to deliver strategic solutions to clients\' toughest business challenges. Conduct market, competitor, and internal analysis to inform client recommendations. Develop clear, data-driven insights and present findings to senior stakeholders. Assist in structuring client problems, identifying key drivers, and developing actionable strategies. Contribute to client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and project delivery activities. Collaborate across internal teams to support business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Lead and mentor junior team members and analysts, ensuring high-quality output and professional development. Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree required from a top-tier institution 2–4 years of experience in management consulting or in-house corporate strategy. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with comfort in both qualitative and quantitative environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Highly motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
