Role Description
We are seeking a senior litigation associate or counsel to join our firm. We have a sophisticated white collar, securities enforcement, civil litigation, and regulatory receivership practice and seek talented and motivated attorneys. Most of our work is in federal court and we focus on only a limited number of complex investigations and cases at any one time. Qualifications
Law and Courts experience Motions drafting skills Research capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team Experience in white collar criminal defense or civil litigation is a plus Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar admission in California Candidates with federal judicial clerkship experience are of particular interest
