Marketing Campaigns Manager, Enterprise at Gem. This role focuses on end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for the enterprise segment, partnering with sales to drive opportunities and pipeline. Location & Compensation
Location: Hybrid – San Francisco, CA (2 days per week at San Francisco HQ; not eligible for full-time remote work) Compensation: $131,000–$146,000 annually, plus equity and benefits What You’ll Do
Partner with Head of Demand Generation and marketing leadership to design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts Collaborate with enterprise Account Executives to understand deal dynamics and create campaigns that attract and engage buyers Execute targeted campaigns to drive the right enterprise prospects to interact with Gem Create sales-specific assets and plays that AEs find valuable Work with the events team to maximize enterprise attendance and ensure seamless pre- and post-event follow-ups Continuously test new media, offers, and channels with a data-driven approach Document learnings and scale what works across the enterprise segment About You / Qualifications
3–5 years of experience at successful B2B SaaS startups with 50–500 employees Understanding of enterprise marketing challenges at a growth-stage company Experience building an enterprise playbook from scratch and scaling proven approaches Willingness to own both wins and learnings when experiments don’t pan out Ability to build trust with enterprise AEs by speaking their language and delivering results View campaign management as a cross-functional effort with demand gen leadership, sales, and other marketing teams Focus on creating “interested buyers” and pipeline over vanity metrics Proficiency with typical B2B tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, Asana, ABM platforms Benefits
