Human Resources Manager

DWF This role provides HR support, guidance and expertise to the DWF business, harnessing the Group's Global Operating Model to deliver service excellence. It is critical in delivering activities that underpin the Group and Divisional people plans and ensuring alignment across people management and organisation design activities within our Group business units. Responsibilities
Delivery of Divisional People priorities and cyclical activities within aligned area. Delivery of business change projects through to successful completion. Undertake reviews of organisational structures with appropriate business leaders to ensure they are set up to deliver the business priorities efficiently and cost-effectively. Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and managers, challenging and coaching them to develop leadership and management behaviours. Align the business to the HR global operating model by signposting and directing people-related processes to the appropriate area. Utilise people data to provide insights and inform decision making in your aligned area, supporting the delivery of the people plan and management of people risks. What will help you succeed in this role?
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Experience leading cyclical HR activities. Proven technical HR expertise with the ability to coach senior leaders and colleagues. Skilled in translating business needs into actionable HR plans. Hands-on delivery of colleague-centred initiatives aligned with growth objectives. Action-oriented with strong analytical skills and outcome focus. Background in regulated, structured corporate environments (e.g., professional services). What we offer
