UX Researchers own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects, and consistently achieve research outputs needed by Product teams to inform strategic decisions. Drive research objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication across projects. Qualifications
Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field 7+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains Comfortable with planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing and communicating research Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods (individual and group interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.) Experience with quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, analysis, etc.) Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities to stakeholders using quantitative and qualitative data Strong storytelling and communication skills, fluent in English Collaborative work style in a dynamic, data-driven environment About the Role and Environment
