Collaborate with ZS internal and client teams to implement high-quality technology solutions addressing critical business problems. Develop a deep understanding of business challenges and translate them into technical designs. Lead project modules and workstreams, participating in hands-on implementation. Work with technical architects to validate design and implementation strategies. Apply development methodologies and best practices for exceptional client and team experiences. Support project delivery, including planning, staffing, and risk mitigation. Manage and mentor a diverse team, ensuring high-quality project completion. Guide project deliverables such as business case development, solution design, user requirements, and deployment plans. Integrate AEP with Adobe products and develop AEP integrations using REST APIs and data pipelines. Run agile ceremonies and document KPIs for measurement. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field. 5+ years of experience in delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions. Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing, and reporting. Experience with big data, data management, data analytics, and cloud platforms. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in algorithms and data structures. Understanding of AEP technical and functional aspects, including RT-CDP, AJO, and CJA. Knowledge of data models, data integrations, CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics. Nice to have: Adobe certifications, AJO Business Practitioner certification, experience with ETL processes or machine learning models, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Additional Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to structure thoughts logically during discussions and presentations. Capability to simplify complex concepts into easily understandable frameworks and presentations. Proficiency in working within a virtual global team environment, contributing to the timely delivery of multiple projects.
