Salary Range: $24-$26 per hour We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care, and we’re looking for a dedicated Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to help ensure our nursing staff is effectively scheduled to deliver the best care to our residents. Create and monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with government regulations and ensure that adequate staffing is in place to provide high-quality care to residents. Support the nursing team and ensure smooth operations within the facility. Coordinate with different departments to gather information necessary for scheduling. Monitor project progress and make adjustments to the schedule as necessary. Provide regular status reports and updates to management. Collaborate with project teams to understand work processes and lead times. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in creating schedules. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state (this is a plus if you have it) Willing to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, holidays, and/or on other shifts and in other positions when necessary Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care Related experience in a long-term care, healthcare, or skilled nursing environment Benefits & Culture
