This role interacts with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations, translating requirements into technical specifications and collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Regular travel to meet client needs is required. This role is part of EY’s SAP practice and sits within the Technology Consulting sub-service line, delivering transformative SAP-driven solutions to improve client operations. Your Position
Manager in Technology Analysis. You will manage and deliver complex technical initiatives, solve problems with analytical rigor, and grow in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with performance objectives. Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Demonstrate strong business acumen alongside in-depth technical expertise, with the ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge. Lead and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes. Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all appropriate levels. Requirements & Skills
A bachelor’s degree. Typically 4 - 6 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM). Strong technical skills in application functional design. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Ability to build and manage relationships effectively. Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities. Experience in hybrid collaboration and driving outcomes. Willingness and ability to travel; travel estimated at 40-60%. Preferred / Ideally
Prior consulting industry experience. SAP certifications. Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module. Project management experience and ability to track deliverables. Experience in managing client relationships and expectations. Strong background in technology analysis and implementation. What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for NYC Metro, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off. Hybrid model: most client-serving roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time on engagements.
