Patent Agent or Attorney (5G and wireless standards) - Hybrid Join Kubota & Basol LLP (K&B) as a patent attorney or agent contributing to a growing 5G standards practice. Draft and prosecute patent applications as outside counsel, focused on 4G, 5G, and 6G technologies in 3GPP submissions. Prepare claim charts that map claims to the 3GPP Communication Standards. Contribute to development of a new and growing 5G standards practice. Collaborate with a team to provide high-quality patent prosecution and strategy for cutting-edge clients in AR/VR, machine learning, and related areas. Work in a hybrid setting with two days per week in the Northern Virginia office and flexibility to work remotely on other days. Qualifications
